The Drift, East Horsley, Surrey

Planning permission has been secured for refurbishment of the Clubhouse, including a 500m² extension, to transform and modernise their existing facilities – giving the Clubhouse a contemporary appearance, extensions to provide larger male/female changing and locker rooms, an enlarged bar and restaurant, new ground and first floor terraces, a refurbished managers flat and an enhanced venue space.

We worked closely with the client and architect to realise their vision for the Clubhouse, working within the constraints of Green Belt, SUDs and Ancient Woodland.

Permission was granted in April 2023 and construction is mooted for later 2023.
