Planning permission was secured in 2018 for four semi-detached houses on a corner site Cheam.

The redevelopment followed demolition of a dilapidated 1930s property, that allowed for a more effective use of a large site.

Working through the pre-application process to secure support for the proposals, the planning application was granted planning permission in May 2018.

The scheme has since been enhanced, via S.73 amendments, to maximise and optimise the internal areas.

Completed in mid 2020.
